⚠️ Important information for our guests

Due to the ongoing travel advisory for the affected destinations in the Middle East — including the explicit note that transit travel via hubs such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Doha to onward destinations may also be affected – we have extended the deadline for free cancellations and re-bookings for package tours with departures through and including April 30, 2026.

Affected bookings will be notified via the following options and asked to respond by Tuesday, April 7, 2026
- Free cancellation of your trip or
- Free rebooking to a later travel date or alternative destination

Therefore, bookings will not be proactively cancelled at this time.

For hotel-only bookings to the United Arab Emirates or Oman, we are happy to offer a free rebooking to a later travel date or a different destination. Cancellations are currently subject to the cancellation fees specified in our Terms and Conditions. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will make a decision on a case-by-case basis depending on the booking.
