About The Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of the e-commerce strategy for Capital Holidays & Etihad Holidays UK. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless online customer experience and maximizing online sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the travel or tour operator industry.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CMS platforms.
• Certification in digital marketing or related areas is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to grow Capital Holidays’ & Etihad Holidays online presence and sales in the UK market.
• Oversee website performance, ensuring fast loading times, optimal functionality, and a user-friendly experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and return on investment (ROI).
• Use data analytics to derive insights on customer behavior, site performance, and digital marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on e-commerce sales, trends, and opportunities.
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
• Manage design, layout, look and feel of the websites.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide accurate and engaging content for online listings.
• Manage relationships with third-party platforms, including travel aggregators and online marketplaces.
• Ensure all digital initiatives align with Capital Holidays' & Etihad Holidays brand image and strategic goals.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in data analytics, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
